Bring you their combined efforts and experiences in the shape of a 3 session course on Cultural and Professional Integration.
The first session: went in-depth into the creation of culture and heritage, the phases of culture shock, and how culture impacts our behavior.
The second session: was about how culture impacts the workplace and how different cultures have different perspectives of workplace activities.
The third session: went in more depth into the differences between our cultures and the Spanish culture, what we expect in a Spanish workplace, and how to manage the differences in a productive way.
